These Terms of Service govern the use of the 3AM Broadcast content publishing application ("the App"). The App is operated solely by its developer/operator for internal use, to automate the scheduling and publishing of the operator's own original video content to the operator's own social media accounts, including TikTok.
The App connects to TikTok's Content Posting API using OAuth authorization granted directly by the operator's own TikTok account. The App does not act on behalf of, or publish content for, any third party or any TikTok user other than the authorizing account.
By authorizing the App, the operator agrees to comply with TikTok's own Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for all content published through this integration. The operator is solely responsible for the content it publishes.
This App is provided as-is, for the operator's own use, with no warranty of any kind. The operator may revoke the App's access to their TikTok account at any time through TikTok's account settings.
